2. Digital safety in Toto Root
- Accounts are issued only by the school to enrolled families and authorised staff
- Role-based access — parents see only their linked children; students see only their own records
- No public social features, advertising, or third-party tracking aimed at children
- HTTPS encryption for data in transit
3. Parental involvement
Parents and guardians are the primary contacts for students. Student portal accounts for young learners are managed through the school with parental oversight. Parents should supervise device use and report concerns promptly.
4. Prohibited conduct
We prohibit exploitation, bullying, harassment, or sharing of inappropriate content through school systems. Violations may result in account suspension and reporting to authorities where required.
