If you use Toto Root (com.totoroot.app) and wish to delete your portal account or personal data, follow the steps below. TOTO International School may retain certain academic records as required for school administration and applicable law.
1. Who can request deletion
- Parents/guardians — for your own parent login and to request removal of a child’s portal access when the student leaves the school
- Students — through a parent/guardian or school administrator if under 18
- Teachers/staff — when employment or engagement with the school ends
2. How to request deletion
Send an email to the school with the subject line Account Deletion Request:

- Include: full name, role (parent/student/teacher), registered email or admission number
- State whether you want portal access removed, data corrected, or both

3. What we delete
- Portal login credentials and app access
- Profile photo and optional app-specific preferences
- Push notification tokens
4. What we may retain
Enrolled student academic records (attendance, report cards, fee receipts required by law) may be kept by the school for legitimate educational and legal purposes even after portal access is removed. Retention follows school policy and applicable regulations.
5. Processing time
We aim to process verified requests within 30 days. You will receive confirmation by email when portal access has been deactivated.
6. Uninstalling the app
Removing the app from your device does not delete your school account. You must submit a deletion request as described above.
