Terms of Use

Rules for using the TOTO International School website and Toto Root school portal app.

By accessing www.totopreschool.in or the Toto Root app (com.totoroot.app), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide information about TOTO International School and a school management mobile app for authorised users (parents, students, teachers, and administrators). Features may include attendance, homework, fees, notices, timetables, and related school tools.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • Portal accounts are issued by the school to enrolled families and staff
  • You must keep login credentials confidential
  • You are responsible for activity under your account
  • Misuse, impersonation, or unauthorised access may result in suspension

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the app for unlawful, harmful, or harassing purposes
  • Attempt to breach security or access data you are not authorised to view
  • Upload malware, spam, or inappropriate content
  • Reverse engineer or disrupt the service except as permitted by law

4. School content & accuracy

Academic records, fees, and notices are provided by the school. While we strive for accuracy, official decisions and records confirmed by the school office take precedence over app display in case of discrepancy.

5. Intellectual property

The website, app, branding, and materials are owned by TOTO International School or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute them without permission.

6. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The school and technology providers are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the website or app, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

7. Privacy

Use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access when accounts are no longer valid (e.g. student leaves the school) or when these terms are violated. See Delete Account for data removal requests.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab, unless otherwise required by law.
